One book that caught Bill’s attention was about Real Estate Notes. The book was explaining how to buy Real Estate Notes at a discount and getting a high interest rate of return on your money. It impacted Bill’s life in a positive way about Real Estate. Bill has completed hundreds of Real Estate transactions including “Subject To”, Options, Short Sales, Wholesales, Lease Options, Owner Financing, Wraps and much much more. Bill has trained several successful young and seasoned Real Estate Entrepreneurs over the last eight years. Bill has been able to transition and combine Real Estate with Life Insurance by applying the principal of Legacy Banking. He’s now coaching Real Estate investors and Business Owners by teaching Arbitrage with Life insurance.
